Sold my car with Motorflog today and was very impressed with service they provided, dealt with Savannah who was very helpful and clear on how the process would go and made sure all went very smoothly and planned, would highly recommend and would 100% use again as offered good price for car and paid before car was taken which was good as have to wait 3/5 working days with other companies.

From initial valuation, you actually get to contact a real person, rather than call centres that send you round in circles with their various option menus. Daniel was very knowledgeable and professional and was always on hand to help. He explained the process and is available to answer any questions you may have via text, phone call or WhatsApp. Handover was arranged at short notice upon my request and was carried out very proficiently. The handover process was hassle free and the money paid straight into your bank account.

Daniel H, 383 days agoTo be honest We had never heard of this company until We we saw there advert on the internet. We were informed by Savannah that they would give us a fair and hassle free offer for our car and that We wouldn’t have to take it anywhere to be assessed. They said that should We accept the offer then they would come to our home and pick it up. This is exactly what happened. The driver came at the agreed time, checked the car and then transferred the money to our account. He waited until it appeared in our account, then left with a cheerful goodbye. Job done. Friendly professional people offering a great service. We would certainly recommend them.
